This series is not about fixing symptoms.
It is about learning to make peace with the body you are in.

It’s about understanding what’s happening — physiologically and emotionally — and learning how to live in your body even when it feels like it’s turning against you.

This small, confidential six-week series is intentionally structured and gently paced.

Each session includes:
• A facilitated conversation within the group, and
• A guided reflective mindfulness practice

Sessions are approximately 60-90 minutes and held in person.

This is a steady, contained space designed to help you understand your body, regulate your nervous system, and navigate change with clarity.

This work is grounded in clinical understanding of the nervous system, decades of bedside experience, and thousands of hours spent working with patients and clients navigating change.

Because this is an intimate container, each application is reviewed personally to ensure the group feels aligned and well held.
