Mindfulness can be the primary service, or can be combined within a coaching session. As a standalone service, mindfulness sessions focus on breathing, grounding, and being present. The goal is to equip you with the knowledge to develop a mindfulness practice of your own.

Healing Touch is a gentle, evidence-informed, energy-based practice that supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural healing response. It may be offered as a standalone session, or integrated alongside coaching and mindfulness to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
