Instead, it offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to increase awareness, strengthen resilience, and make intentional choices aligned with what matters most to you.

Share this space with a small group of up to six people walking through a similar life transition. Group sessions are a more cost effective means of healing, with the added benefit of instant community in a safe environment.

Offered as a standalone service, or in conjunction with your coaching experience, mindfulness teaches presence, resilience, and adds peace and harmony to every aspect of your journey to wellness.

Healing Touch (sometimes called “energy work”) is a soothing session of connection and healing. It can be booked as a standalone service, or it can be added on to the coaching experience. This science-backed health modality adds an additional healing layer to your coaching sessions.
